Bagsly

Why Bagsly exists

Most people don't fail to save because they don't know they should. They fail because the money stays one tap away, and one tap is all it takes. Bagsly exists to put a little real friction between you and money you already decided you didn't want to touch — not by lecturing you about budgeting, but by building that decision into the product itself.

That's the whole idea behind Lock In, Rent, and Drip: each one is a small, specific way of telling your future self "this money has a job already." Squad adds a version of the same idea with people you actually know, because a goal that's visible to your friends tends to survive contact with a bad week better than a goal that only you can see.

We'd rather build a smaller set of things that actually work than a long feature list that mostly doesn't. That's why Bagsly doesn't promise a headline interest rate we can't back, and why features that aren't real yet are labeled "coming soon" instead of quietly implied. Trust is the entire product for something that holds your savings — it's not worth spending on a marketing number.

Bagsly is early, and still growing into everything it wants to be.
