Terms of Service
Last reviewed: [set this date when this page is finalized]
1. Acceptance
By creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use Bagsly.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use Bagsly, and able to pass identity verification.
3. What Bagsly is
Bagsly provides savings tools — vaults with different rules around access, scheduling, and interest. Bagsly is early-stage: it does not currently custody funds through a bank partner, is not FDIC insured, and functionality may change as the product develops. See our Security page for specifics.
4. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Fees
Bagsly does not currently charge account fees. Certain actions, like withdrawing from a Lock In vault before its goal date, may incur a penalty — these are disclosed in the product before you confirm the action, never applied silently.
6. Prohibited use
Don't use Bagsly for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal purpose; don't attempt to interfere with or gain unauthorized access to the service; don't create accounts using false identity information.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe poses a fraud or security risk. You can close your account at any time.
8. No warranty
Bagsly is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, especially at this early stage of development.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Bagsly is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. [This clause needs real legal drafting before launch — the version here is a placeholder, not enforceable boilerplate.]
10. Governing law & disputes
[Placeholder — needs a real governing-law and dispute-resolution clause from an attorney, specific to where Bagsly is incorporated and operates.]
11. Changes to these terms
If these terms change materially, we'll update this page and the date above.
12. Contact
