Bagsly

Privacy Policy

Last reviewed: August 17, 2026

Draft, not final legal advice. This page was written to accurately describe what Bagsly actually does with your data today, but it has not been reviewed by an attorney. It should not be relied on as-is for real users until it has been.

What we collect

To open an account and verify your identity, we collect your name, date of birth, Social Security number, address, phone number, and email. We also collect account and transaction data generated by using Bagsly — your vaults, deposits, withdrawals, and balances.

How we use it

To create your account, verify your identity, operate your vaults, calculate interest and penalties, communicate with you about your account, and detect fraud or abuse.

Who we share it with

We share data with the third parties that help us operate the service, and no one else:

  • Unit.co — identity verification and account infrastructure.
  • Supabase — our database, authentication, and application infrastructure.
  • Cloudflare — bot and abuse protection on sign-in and sign-up.
  • Resend — sending account-related email.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Cookies

We use cookies required to keep you signed in and to operate the service. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Data security

See our Security page for specifics on how your data is protected.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or request that we delete your account and associated data, by contacting us. Some data may be retained where we're required to by law or by our service providers' own obligations.

Children

Bagsly is not intended for anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a way that affects how your data is used, we'll update this page and change the date above.
